Appointments

We have appointments during the daytime as well as evenings and weekends, and our clinic is easily accessible, so there is no barrier to getting the help you need and deserve. The best outcomes in therapy come from regular sessions which reinforce behaviour change. Just like going to the gym, regular and consistent work – without long breaks – will increase your chances of success.

For initial treatment, we recommend up to 6 sessions either weekly or fortnightly sessions. Longer intervals reduce the effectiveness of therapy and also waste valuable time in the session on recapping the intervening weeks’ events. Once the initial behaviour changes are in place, ongoing maintenance can be done at monthly intervals.

How to make an appointment

  • You can call Reception on +233 (0) 558534840  and speak to one of our friendly staff
  • You can email by using the Contact Us form on our website or email us at akwaaba@eosherconsult.com
  • You can send a WhatsApp message to +233(0)558534840 to book an appointment

 Cancellations

Non-attendance and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or 48 hours notice if your appointment is on a Monday or the day after a public holiday) will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of your session.

Payment is by cash, mobile money or bank transfer at the time of your session.
